POWER OF GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Deliverance power belongs to God.

Proverbs 1

Listen to the word of God, and do not become a victim of the wicked world.
Proverbs 2:6 encourages all, “For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.”
Isaiah 33:6 states, “Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times And the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.”
Listen to the word of God to avoid becoming a victim of the wicked world.
Listen, the world is not worth living if one does not have Christ, knowing about God but not knowing God. It is time to search for yourself, prayerfully come out of sin, seek God, and live life for the glory of God.
IN THIS CHALLENGING TIME, COME OUT OF SIN AND NOT MISS HEAVEN.
A decorated name for sin is PRIDE.
Living a life of sin is not seeking God diligently, to become separate from God because of pride.
Pride is a ride to self-destruction.
Romans 3:23 points out that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Give attention, go against sin, and know that there should be no encouragement for delaying your coming out of sin to live life for God.
The desire to live life for the glory of God should be of seeking God diligently.
With sin, man is not seeking God and will not see God.
Living a life of sin is not seeking God diligently but telling lies as a way of life, deceiving and manipulating others.
Does that speak to you?
Continually pray for the hand of God over your life.
Acts 6:4 admonish all, “But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.” (Act 6:4)
Praying for the hand of God is a non-stop prayer point to experience the deliverance of God.
God delivered the Israelites out of Egypt with His RIGHTEOUS HAND, His STRETCH OUT hand, His STRONG HAND.
Power belongs to God.
Do not stop praying for deliverance.
The enemy approached the Israelites in the Red Sea, but Moses directed them by the prayer of deliverance to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” (Exodus 14:13)
Ask from God to enable you not to be afraid, to stand still (not looking for help from no man, the evidence of having faith in God), and to see to receive and become victorious over the challenges of today.
Proverbs 1:33 encourages, “But whoever listens to me will dwell safely, and will be secure, without fear of evil.”
Listen to the word of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled not to live a life of waste.

YOUR STEP

FAITH CAPSULE: Where is your step taking you?

Jeremiah 12

From this hour, your step shall be ordered by God to become established.
In life, how one takes steps that will determine where such lands
to settle in life.
What kind of steps are you taking before God?
What one gives into life is what to get back from life.
Prayerfully, watch your steps, and know that God oversees the affairs of man.
God is not the author of suffering but a longsuffering God.
Psalm 86:15 testifies, “But You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, Longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth.”
PRAYER
Ask that from this hour, God order your steps in all your going and all your coming.
Ask that you shall not fall, fail or falter in every step.
Ask that you shall not be a victim of evil in your going and coming.
In your step, be a believer that does not live as a hypocrite.
The life of hypocrites is not good.
Are you a believer that seeks God with the expectation of finding God in your step?
To find God:
Seeking God with the character of seeking God in your way consciously or unconsciously will not find God.
One seeking God, impressing man, not God, will not find God, and God will say to such, “I do not know you.”
God calls for a way to seek Him.
Deuteronomy 4:29 states, “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
One that is not doing according to the word of God is not seeking God diligently.
Living by the word of God is seeking God diligently to find God.
Seek God diligently is seeking Him with all heart and all soul.
The pages of the Bible identifies about seeking God diligently.
A hypocrite is not of God.
A hypocrite is the identity of the wicked one.
Jesus identifies the hypocrite, “Hypocrites! Well, did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me…” (Matthew 15:7-8)
Jeremiah 12:1-2 states, “Why does the way of the wicked prosper? You have planted them, yes they have taken root;
They grow, yes they bear fruit. You are near in their mouth But far from their mind. Why are those happy who deal so treacherously?”
Are you a hypocrite, a pretender believer?
A hypocrite is one whose walk and talk do not match, who knows about the word but does not practice it.
What one possesses and not professed such is worshipping God in vain.
Strive not to miss before God.

PRAYER:
Ask that the spirit of answering as a believer but living outside of God, as a pretender believer, shall not have a place in your life.
Ask you shall not be a hypocrite, a wicked one in life, and not live a life of waste.

AVOID SELF-IMPRISONMENT

FAITH CAPSULE: Do not worry, deny fear and come out of self-imprisonment in the prison of fear.

John 20:19-30

When Jesus walked back and forth on the face of the earth with His disciples, there were times His disciples demonstrated fear because they could not stand in faith but sank in fear.
In the face of confronting challenges, when fear strikes, faith will sink.
After the resurrection of Jesus, the disciples could not stand on faith which is the promise of Jesus.
The inability to stand in faith will fall into fear.
John 20:19 records the fear of God, “Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
Disciples of Jesus engage in self-imprisonment because fear displaces their faith.
Jesus knew that fear replaced faith in them when He said to them, “Peace be with you” Jesus, the living word of God, is the Prince of peace, and He visited them with peace because they could not stand in faith.
Where there is fear, there is a worrying disposition of the word of God.
Is there any fear or worrying confronting a challenge militating against your life?
With experiencing challenges, allow the word of God to arise in you.
God is the one that you need in all challenges.
The devil is never careless but always careful and on time to take advantage when a believer slips from letting the word have its place in every confronting situation.
The disciples were not with a better solution to free them from their self-imprisonment of fear but the living word of God.
The antidote to fear is faith.
Faith in Jesus will cause peace to reign.
Jesus spoke to the disciples, and they saw the mark of crucifixion.
The Bible records, “When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.” (John 20:20)
The mark on Jesus registered gladness into the disciples, and the spirit of fear departed.
One that will begin to see the mark of the crucifixion and believe such shall be able to live abundantly.
Also, the fear about all that is in the wicked world will not have its place in your life.
As a believer in the living word of God, it is your choice to depart from self-imprisonment in the prison of fear by rejoicing.
Receive and believe that Jesus went to the cross for all.
The disciples came out of fear to the testimony of the visitation of Jesus.

Prayer for today: Ask in the name of Jesus that fear will no longer have you locked up in any way of living life.

Also, ask for the word of God that terminates fear and shall never cease from sounding in your direction.

GIVE HEART TO GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Do not be a fool but give your heart to God.

Psalm 14
A heart given to God is with the fear of God.
The majority no longer fear God with their heart but with their mouth.
Lack of understanding of the fear of God does not know God.
Proverbs 2:5 buttresses, “Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.”
Is it possible that your selfishness has closed you not to be mindful of God, not fear Him, the evidence of living life as a foolish one?
One not living life for God is a fool, saying there is no God.
Psalm 14:1 states, “The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, There is none who does good.”
One that is a fool will not know to do good before God.
God sees all.
Do not be a fool.
Know to do good before God at all times.
Whatever you do before God is what you are sowing to reap.
In this wicked world, know to do good to attain the mercy of God.
Live life, sow good to reap good from God.
It is a wise saying that whatever one sow are what such will reap.
For example, as close as bananas and plantain look alike, there is no way to sow bananas and reap plantain.
What are you sowing to reap?
Hosea 10:12 records admonish, “Sow for yourselves righteousness; reap in mercy.”
God will reward your devices!
All should know that God is near to all at all times.
Do you know to live life for God?
God is near at all times.
2 Chronicles 16:9 testifies, “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro…”
There is no hiding place from God that is near at all times.
One that gives self to God by spending time in His word is conversant with God to hear from God and is in a position to do according to the word of God.
In all your doing, the word of God will lead you to keep and to speak to you. (Proverbs 6:22)
Giving self to the word of God is taking a position to gain the mercy of God.
However, God cannot be intimidated to provoke His blessing.
God testifies to His mercy in Romans 9:14-16, “…I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion. So, then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.”
The mercy of God is in place for all, and nothing under heaven can displace or deny His mercy.
However, live life for God to provoke His mercy over your life.

Prayer for today:
Pray that you live life for God.
Ask to be enabled to do good.
Pray to be able to focus on God.

DO NOT BE IGNORANT

FAITH CAPSULE: Do not ignore the word of God to avoid glorious destiny.

Luke 19: 1-10, Acts 16:16-40

Engaging the instructions of God is engaging in a glorious destiny.
Also, ignoring or snubbing the instruction of God is taking a position to become substituted for the ordained position of God for life.
The word of God instructed all to keep His Spirit burning and alive in life when it states, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Jesus for you Do not quench the Spirit.” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-19)
The word of God makes all know joy is what gives access to the presence of God.
Psalm 16:11 buttresses, “…in the presence of God is fullness of joy.”
The apostle Paul reiterated in Philippians 4:4, “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!”
God resides in a joyful environment.
The case of Zacchaeus:
In the seeking of Jesus, Zacchaeus gained the attention of Jesus, “…When Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.” (Luke 19:5)
Just like He offered Zacchaeus to stay at his house, it is the same that He will respond the same to one as Zacchaeus responded.
The Bible records the response of Zacchaeus, “So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully.” (Luke 19:6)
Can you respond to Him joyfully when He comes to locate you at your sycamore tree?
The Bible is not telling all for the fun of it that Zacchaeus received Him joyfully, but it is telling all to observe to do what the word says.
The calling attention of God is to be without ceasing, not only when there is a need.
A prayer-less life is with prevail-less life, while a prayerful life provokes prevailing life.
Paul and Silas prayed, sang, and the Holy Ghost came down.
Acts 16: 25-26, “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken, and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.”
Above all, giving thanks is the ultimate because the word records it as the will of God in Christ Jesus.
Give God thanks in all things and for all things to the glory of God.
Most importantly, thanksgiving will only flow where there is a flow of joy.
The Spirit of God will respond to one with joy by demonstrating His presence of God.
The word of God is true to the core if you will incorporate yourself in the word.

Prayer for today: Ask to constantly engage His word as instructed in the pages of the Bible.
