PROPOSE

FAITH CAPSULE: Knowing that God knows all and He deserves to call on Him in all.

Genesis 11:1-9

God alone knows more about all because He alone created all.
For God, no qualified doctor received a contract to help God in creating anyone.
God alone is the perfect God of creation.
God knows all about all.
The word of God to Jeremiah testifies to the truth that God knows all about all.
Jeremiah 1:5 records, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
The word of God to Jeremiah speaks to all without any exception.
God alone knows the beginning to the end of everyone.
Whatever God proposes, no one can dispose of it.
What God disposes of, no man can propose it.
What are you proposing without asking God?
Knowing that He knows all, it is good to call on Him for all.
Think and know that it does not matter what you are, who you are, or where you are.
However, remember that all are under heaven and not beyond the reach of the One and only eternal creator.
In the Bible days, people failed to propose before God, having intention when they said, “Come let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.’” (Genesis 11:4)
The proposed building was not the problem, but the motive behind the proposal conflicted with the Almighty God of creation.
Having been blessed with plain land, with no obstruction, for construction, the people wanted to construct and grow beyond their boundaries.
Are you proposing on your own to misposition the blessing of God by attempting to make yourself a name, not having God to be glorified?
Do you want to stand tall above and know better than your creator?
Consciously or unconsciously, are you considering or with an attempt to raise your shoulder above your head?
Have you taken all proposed to God?
Nothing is wrong when proposing to grow in the blessings of God.
A proposal that does not center on God is an indirect withdrawal from the only One who can make or unmake the fulfillment of the proposal.
It does not matter how huge or small you propose but let it be in prayer before God.
Let it be that you are letting Him know what He knows before you know.
He has seen the future from the past.
He is a jealous God, and He deserves all your attention so He can attend to you even more than you expect.
Take all your proposals, desires, hopes, and dreams to the Lord with a humble heart, and He will increase you as He pleases.

Prayer for today: Ask to be praising God continually with all your heart.

THIS YEAR TRUST

FAITH CAPSULE: Trust in God that your present location shall experience change for the better.

Exodus 16:1-19

Psalm 103:7 records, “…He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel.
The ways of God and the acts of God are evidence of His power.
The ways and acts of God are a testimony for all to trust the hand of God. When there is truth, there should be a reason to trust the promises of God.
The children of Israel knew for sure that they were on a journey to the Promised Land.
Without a doubt, the Promised Land waited for the arrival of the Israelites because God promised the Israelites of giving them the Promised Land.
Along the promise of God is the appointed time that will work with one that does not walk where to run or run where to walk.
Taking to the right to claim the promise of God is waiting on God unfailingly.
Despite all, they could not rest in the truth, the promises of God.
The Israelites saw the great hand of God at work but could not confide that He that began a good thing shall take them to an expected end.
God made known His ways to Moses and His acts to the children of Israel, yet they could not retain to maintain an expectation of getting to the Promised Land.
Like the Israelites, are you busy complaining about where you are now?
It does not matter where you are now but it counts on how you live with expectations for the promise of God.
The children of Israel lost touch and could not hold on to the hand of God that brought them out of the bondage of over four hundred years.
The Bible states, “They soon forgot His works; they did not wait for His counsel, but lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, and tested God in the desert.” (Psalm 106:13-14)
Does it sound like your story?
Determination will fail you, but remember that you are on a journey by God, and God has given you all that is needed to go through your journey. By God, the children of Israel had what was necessary to arrive at the Promised Land, but they could not wait for His counsel.
God put in place good food, but they could not stop asking for tasty food. Exodus 16:3 document, “And the children of Israel said to them, ‘Oh, that we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.’”
Trust in God that your present location or challenging situation will soon change for the better.
You will eat better food than what you have missed.
Trust in Him; He will take you to your expected end.
Know to accept what God has put in place for you to get to the expected end.

Prayer for today: Ask for the help of God to become established over life.

DO NOT HIDE

FAITH CAPSULE: Hiding the miracle of God is not the best way of moving forward.

Luke 8:26-48

In all that God has done, are you trying to hide or be silent about all?
To be quiet when He visits your situation is disclaiming Him ignorantly.
There can never be enough tongue to proclaim what He has done or doing in your life.
Gain an understanding know that ignorant makes destitute of a believer.
The woman with the issue of blood (after twelve years of agony) quietly received her healing when she touched the edge of the garment of Jesus.
Jesus knew power left Him when she touched Him.
Jesus asked who had touched Him, but the woman tried to hide as stated in Luke 8:47, “Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately.”
The woman with the issue of blood touched Jesus, got healed, and wanted to hide evidence of not wanting to give testimony to the glory of God.
The word testifies that everywhere going of Jesus was doing good.
He was, He is Almighty healer and deserves to be highly exalted. The Bible talks about the trip of Jesus to Gadarenes, “Then they sailed to the country of the Gadarenes, which is opposite Galilee. And when He stepped out on the land, there met Him a certain man from the city who had demons for a long time. And he wore no clothes, nor did he live in a house but in the tombs. When he saw Jesus, he cried out, fell down before Him, and with a loud voice said, “What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg You, do not torment me!” (Luke 8:26-28)
Jesus cast out the demons, and the man begged Him that he might go with Him.
Jesus commanded him, “Return to your own house, and tell what great things God has done for you.” And he went his way and proclaimed throughout the whole city what great things Jesus had done for him.” (Luke 8:39)
Jesus visited a man with healing, and he became an evangelist as he went and proclaimed Jesus.
The healed man by Jesus could not hide from what Jesus did in his life.
The man formerly possessed by demons could not be quiet but proclaimed Jesus.
Jesus was and is the Almighty healer that deserves to be highly exalted.
What has He done for you lately that you are yet to tell others about His doing in your life?
Hiding the miracle of God is not the best way of moving forward.
He deserves proclamation for all He is doing in your life.
Regardless of the magnitude of what he has done, let others around you know that God is still in the business of miracles.
Someone needs to be encouraged today.
Be blessed by proclaiming Him.

Prayer for today: Ask God to give you the grace to become positioned for His blessing.

ANSWER TO HIS CALLING!

FAITH CAPSULE: When He calls you for His assignment, He will back you up and go before you.

Judges 6:11-40, 7

God is perfect to perform as He moves to, as the perfect creator.
1 Corinthians 1:20-25 recorded“Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. For Jews request a sign, and Greeks seek after wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, but to those who are called both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” (1 Corinthians 1:20-25)
God alone is perfect and makes foolish wisdom.
He alone will turn weak to strength.
The story of Gideon is a testimony that God is not limited to calling whoever He chooses to use.
The father of Gideon is a Baal worshiper, but God called on Gideon to go and fight for the deliverance of His people.
When God moves to deliver, He will choose the least expected, the least qualified, or the least among the least to use for His deliverance assignment.
When God is at work in the life of the called one, such nor any force will be able to work against the work of God.
Did He call on you?
God called Gideon for the assignment of deliverance unto salvation, but he responded to God, O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” 16 And the LORD said to him, ‘Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat the Midianites as one man.’ 17 Then he said to Him, ‘If now I have found favor in Your sight, then show me a sign that it is You who talk with me.’” (Judges 6:15-17)
Gideon wanted confirmation that God had called him for the assignment. Gideon repeatedly asked God in various ways to confirm the calling over his life.
God indeed assigned Gideon, a son of a Baal worshiper, to go and deliver His people from bondage.
Has the Lord been calling you, but you are yet to accept because of your past, your background history?
God called Gideon, and He backed Him up with power.
When He calls you for His assignment, He will back you up and go before you.
Gideon, with great fear, attempted not to answer the call, but God positioned him on the ground where he received every plan to go forward and be victorious to the glory of God.

Prayer for today: Ask for boldness and power to move in the calling over your life.

OBEY GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Obedience is the password to opening the door of blessing.

Deuteronomy 28:1-14

Psalm 107:20 records the blessing in the word of God, “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”
The word of Jesus records, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)
Indeed, Jesus, the living word of God, brought healing and deliverance that is evident in having life abundantly.
On every issue of life, one that walks His word, the word will work for such.
The word of God is the power to deliver the blessing of God for one that will live life by the word of God.
Will you give life to live by the word of God?
The word of God comes with blessing but to gain and retain the blessing of God comes with a condition.
However, the condition to have the blessing of the word of God demands obedience.
The word of God will not deliver a promise if there is a failure to obey.
Obedience is the password to opening the door of blessing.
The standard for obedience is unceasing and steady in obeying the word of God.
Before God, there is no half-obedience.
Obeying the word of God will deliver such unnecessary, costly, and painful situations in the walk of life.
In life, many avenues lead to disobeying the word of God.
Among many reasons for disobedience is pointed out in the book of Nehemiah 9:17, “They refused to obey, and they were not mindful of Your wonders that You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion…”
The word of Nehemiah 9:17 refers to the children of Israel, but it also speaks to all today.
The word of God identifies that disobedience is caused by not being mindful of the wonders of God.
The lack of mindfulness of the wonders of God leads to the hardness of the heart.
The hardness of the heart will cause one not to live life by the word of God.
The word of God is a way, and the way is to gain and retain the presence of God.
A hardened heart lacks belief that denies one to gain the way.
Make it a way of life, live life by the word of God not to be a vessel of waste.
The word of God is the source of faith, and when one does not believe in the word, having faith is not in place.
Are you a vessel with a hard of heart or a full-blown hardness of heart?
Pray against having a hardened heart.
Have a desire for wisdom, knowledge, or understanding of the word of healing and deliverance.
Take careful note the hardness of the heart is evidence of unbelief.

Prayer for today: Ask for deliverance from every spirit of the hardness of heart.
