PROMISE AND CONDITION Part 1

FAITH CAPSULE: God is waiting to act for one who waits for Him.

Isaiah 64

God has been faithful to all His promises in His word.
God is mindful of all, not to be a victim of failure in all walks of life. From Genesis to Revelation, His promises come with the condition for all to claim.
Give yourself to the condition of God to claim His promise.
Isaiah 64:4 records the promise of God, “For since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.”
1Corinthians 2:9 confirms the promise of God, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9)
The above verses testify to the blessings of God waiting to act for one who waits for Him.
The condition to claim the promise of God is for those who love Him.
By living life, do you love God, that is, do you obey His word?
Those who love God will know to wait on God.
God acts for the ones who wait on Him.
Waiting for God is a failure impossibility; it is the assurance blessing not to be a failure in all walks of life.
To wait on God is with unfailing conditions. Isaiah 64:5 records, “You meet him who rejoices and does righteousness, who remembers You in Your ways…”
Identified conditions to experience the act of God are:
REJOICING IN GOD, DOING RIGHTEOUSNESS, REMEMBERING THE WAYS OF GOD.
REJOICE BEFORE GOD
Rejoice is one of the three identified conditions.
Some Bible verses identify the importance of rejoicing as the condition of claiming the promise of God.
Psalm 9:2, “I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing praise to your name, O most High.”
Psalm 16:11, “In Your presence is fullness of joy…”
From the word of God, learn to be having joy.
Proverbs 8:30 states, “…I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him.”
One with joy is accessible to God that acts for ones who wait on Him.
The Apostle Paul admonishes the importance of joy, “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!” (Philippians 4:4)
Psalmist also testified, “For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His holy name.” (Psalm 33:21)
Rejoice when seeking God to provoke God to act on behalf of one.
Psalm 70:4 states, “Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You…”
In truth, by His word, without rejoicing to gain the promise of God is not enough to experience the act of God.
Be joyful in the word of God according to the word of God.
Believe in the living word of God, and wait on God to experience the act of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be obedient to engage condition and be able to claim His promises.

THIS FAR THIS YEAR

FAITH CAPSULE: God has brought you this far, not the word of the world.

2 Chronicles 18: 28-34

Doubt is evidence of failure not to count on God in His word but on the world.
Think, thank God that brought you this far.
The past is in the past.
With the privilege of God is to look forward to the coming days, weeks, or months.
God has brought you this far, not the word of the world.
Disallow doubt, and do not fail before God.
Do not become a vessel that claims to be a believer in God but count on persuasive and empty words of the world.
Also, counting on the world is engaging an inevitable route for doubt which builds up to disappointment and fear.
Doubt, disappointment, or fear will lead to self-destruction.
Ahab, the King of Israel, invited the King of Judah (Jehoshaphat) to join forces against Ramoth Gilead for war.
King Ahab refused the warning of Prophet Micaiah of God for his going to war against Ramoth Gilead.
Ahab counted on his chosen four hundred prophets for him to go to war.
Ahab doubted the word of God through Prophet Micaiah.
Jehoshaphat was reluctant about going to war by the word of four hundred prophets.
Ahab insists on going to war, “…I will disguise myself and go into battle, but you put on your robes.” So, the king of Israel disguised himself, and they went into battle.” (2 Chronicles 18:29)
The doubt about Ahab causes his self-deception.
Doubt of Ahab prompted him to disguise himself by counting on the word of the world prophet, not of God.
The word of God one locates directly or indirectly does not open such for self-destruction.
King Ahab went to war against the word of God.
Without a doubt, King Jehoshaphat did not disguise himself but depended on God.
At war, Jehoshaphat ended in the surrounding of the enemies.
2 Chronicles 18:31 records, “…when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, “It is the king of Israel!” Therefore, they surrounded him to attack, but Jehoshaphat cried out, and the Lord helped him, and God diverted them from him.”
Jehoshaphat did not doubt God and did not disguise himself. Jehoshaphat depended on the word of God to be delivered from death in the war.
Ahab chose to disguise himself to war because he counted on the word of the world.
Ahab was a victim of himself when he experienced destruction at the hand of his enemy.
There is no way for deliverance when doubt and deception are a way of life.
The goodness and mercy of God have brought you this far this year, not the word of the world.
It is a great privilege to see the day count on God to see you through the coming month.
Give glory and honor, existing for God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to look up to God in His word for deliverance and preservation.

ASK TO BE FREE

FAITH CAPSULE: Asking God for your well-being is not a sin.

Exodus 11, 12:1-42

With praying before God, know and expect that the stretched-out hand of God shall deliver you from the bondage of all kinds.
Asking God for your well-being is not a sin.
With God, do not ask for less but ask more with the expectation of the deliverance of God.
God is a good God that answers when we ask, seek, and knock.
The Israelites cried out for deliverance from bondage in the hand of Pharaoh and Egyptians.
When it was time for God to bring the Israelites out of the bondage of over four hundred years, He spoke to Moses, “But I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not even by a mighty hand. So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in its midst, and after that, he will let you go. (Exodus 3:19-20)
God knew that Pharaoh was going to deny the let go of the Israelites by a mighty hand but by His stretched-out hand.
Pharaoh saw the mighty hand of God through nine painful plagues, and he repeatedly disallowed the salvation of the Israelites.
When it was time for the stretch-out hand of God to manifest for the salvation of the Israelites, it was through the uncommon wonder that brought the Israelites out of the bondage of over four hundred years.
With the stretch-out hand of God, no evil one like Pharaoh will survive or stand against the doing of God.
God sent Moses, “And the Lord said to Moses, “I will bring one more plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt. Afterward, he will let you go from here. When he lets you go, he will surely drive you out of here altogether.” (Exodus 11:1)
The stretch-out hand of God inflicted a final blow on behalf of the Israelites for deliverance from Pharaoh.
Ask against whatever is representing Pharaoh in your life to experience the stretch-out hand of God in the name of Jesus.
This day, call on God for one more of His stretch-out hand against the silent activities of the representative of Pharaoh in your lot.
One more plague was the tenth plague which took place at midnight hour and made Pharaoh and whole Egyptians experience the loss of the firstborn.
Exodus 12:31-32 documents, “So Pharaoh rose in the night, he, all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, for there was not a house where there was not one dead. Then he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, “Rise, go out from among my people, both you and the children of Israel. And go, serve the Lord as you have said. Also take your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone; and bless me also.”
Ask God for your deliverance and experience His manifestation.

Prayer for today: Ask God for His stretch-out for your total deliverance from bondage.

TITLES WITHOUT TASK

FAITH CAPSULE: Title with no task is the identity of many acclaimed believers not called by God.

1 John 4

The word of a believer that does not fall on the ground is evidence of one that answers the title and engages in a task called by God.
The word of many with titles does not stand but falls to the ground.
Many ignorant still give themselves to such titles as prophets or apostles.
What are you doing to gain and retain the presence of God?
Apostle Paul encourages all to help themselves better to gain and retain the presence of God in Acts 20:32, “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.”
Are you with the title with evidence of task engaged?
Samuel is an example of one that is called with title by God.
Samuel was a prophet with words not falling on the ground.
1 Samuel 3:19 states, “So Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him and let none of his words fall to the ground.”
What are you doing to be in the position before God, not for the world?
It is glaring that the words of many with the title are falling to the ground.
God did not call many answering to titles with evidence of engaged task.
Are you still going after ones with the title with no task-engaged evidence?
The word of God warns in 1 John 4:1, “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
Does the warning of the word of God speak to your understanding?
What is it that denies many to be asleep, not awake from the slumber of following ones with the title but no evidence of engaged task?
Do not be ignorant.
Ignorant makes a destitute believer.
Many are answering to the title but with no evidence of the task of God.
The Lord was with Samuel, the evidence of one called by God.
1 Samuel 3:19-21 documents, “So Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him and let none of his words fall to the ground. And all Israel from Dan to Beersheba knew that Samuel had been established as a prophet of the Lord. Then the Lord appeared again in Shiloh. For the Lord revealed Himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the Lord.
The early life of Samuel was a pointer to his later life assignment before God.
Samuel was a prophet of the Lord.
Give attention to many with titles not to become a victim of liars, deception, and manipulation.
It is the hour for all man to wake up and give self continually to God, and God will not leave such without revealing Himself.

Prayer for today: Ask for understanding in His word and not be a victim of this wicked world.

UNDERSTAND, KNOW TO SERVE GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: What kind of a believer are you?

Genesis 22

All are to live life for God.
Revelation 4:11 records it, “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will, they exist and were created.”
To exist for God is to be living life, serving God.
God is a jealous God.
God asked the Israelites from the Pharaoh to let them go and serve Him.
Exodus 7:16 record the word of God, “let my people go, that they may serve Me in the wilderness.”
What kind of a believer are you?
Are you a believing believer or an unbelieving believer of God?
What is holding you down from serving God?
A believer answers to God by serving Him.
Serving God is seeking God.
Seeking God is not by mouth but seeking Him in the heart diligently.
Deuteronomy 4:29 records what it means to seek God diligently: “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
If diligently seeking God is not possible, the word of God will not ask for it.
Abraham is an example that sought God diligently.
Abraham gave his heart and soul to seek God diligently.
God asked for the only son of Abraham for sacrifice, and he obeyed God.
Abraham obeyed God to gain and retain the promises of God for obedience in serving Him.
To have joy, gladness, and communicate before God is serving God.
A failure to serve God does have consequences.
JOY AND GLADNESS
Deuteronomy 28:47-48 documents the consequence of not serving God. “Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything, 48, therefore, you shall serve your enemies, whom the Lord will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in need of everything; and He will put a yoke of iron on your neck until He has destroyed you.”
COMMUNICATION
For example, speaking before God consciously or unconsciously is communicating before God.
Luke 6:45 states, “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”
Provers 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.”
Ephesians 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”
Numbers 14:28 testify when anyone serves God by communicating before Him, He will respond as: “Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the Lord, ‘just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you.”
With understanding, serve God, seek Him by communication, and have joy and gladness as a way of life.
What kind of believer are you?

Prayer for today: Pray that you will live life to serve God for His glory.
