PRAY WITH UNDERSTANDING

FAITH CAPSULE: Having understanding provokes the power of God.

Psalm 47

Let there be understanding to provoke the power of God.
Psalm 111:10 states, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments…”
Having an understanding of God will provoke the backing of the power of God.
Psalm 47:7 confirms, “For God is the King of all the earth; Sing praises with understanding.”
All ways of seeking God demand understanding to find God.
If praises demand to understand, prayer demands understanding.
Understanding to seek God is the power to gain the presence of God.
Ask that understanding to seek and find God shall become established in your life.
Ask for the understanding to pray and gain the visitation of God, become your portion.
WITH UNDERSTANDING, PRAY NOT TO BE REDUCED
Who or what is reducing you consciously or unconsciously?
What is it, physical, spiritual, or emotional, reducing you from living life to the glory of God?
Revelation 4:11 states God is worthy to receive glory, honor, and power. God created all things, And by His will, we all exist for Him.
Telling minute of massive lies counts before God and can terminate life.
Ananias and Saphira (Husband and wife) became reduced by telling lies, deception, and manipulation.
In the fellowship before the Holy Spirit, they sold their possession.
They kept back part of the proceeds.
Peter knew Satan filled their heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of what they sold. (Acts 5)
Telling lies must have been their way of life, but eventually reduced them.
The Bible records the error of Moses at Kadesh when he walked outside of God (the word of God is God) by speaking wrongly and striking with his rod to bring water to the Israelites. (Numbers 20)
PRAYER
Ask that the forces that reduce one consciously or unconsciously be permanently exposed so that you will not reduced.
Ask against being a liar, deceiver, and manipulator in life.
Peter mentioned that Satan gained access to the hearts of Ananias and Saphira to fill their heart.
Ask that what makes Satan gain access to the heart of one shall become a failure for Satan from gaining access into your heart.
Satan filled the hearts of Ananias and Saphira.
Ask not to live a life filled constantly by Satan.
Ask that whoever or whatever the enemy will use to fill you shall not have a place in your life.
Moses walked outside of God not to arrive at the promise of God.
Ask that starting from this hour, walking in God shall be your steps.
Not walking in God by Moses, in Kadesh, was called his error.
Moses disobeyed God by speaking and struck against the command of God.
Moses did not arrive at the promise of God.
Ask against error that will cancel your arrival at the Promise of God, not be your portion.
Ask that the spirit of obedience to the word of God begin to ride in you to walk in God in the days He has given you.

THE HOUR OF PRAYER

FAITH CAPSULE: This hour, lift your voice in prayer to live life for God.

Revelation 21

BE OCCUPIED BY THE PRESENCE OF GOD
Jesus, the word of God, is the Lamb of God.
Revelation 21:23 states, “The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light.”
Jesus is the light of God.
God is light. 1 John 1:5 records, “This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.”
All should have the desire to be occupied by the glory of God.
God shall enter to occupy anyone that opens for Him.
The word of God states, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me.” (Revelation 3:20)
Psalm 119:130 records, “The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.”
PRAYER
Ask the light of God to gain entrance into your life to occupy you.
IT COUNTS TO DO RIGHT BEFORE GOD!
Walking with God is not by quoting the word in the way of living life.
Attending churches for all kinds of fellowshiping in the name of God is not evidence of walking with or before God.
Walking with God is a privilege to engage in the right choice of action that carries weight and counts before God.
God weighs actions that count. 1 Samuel 2:3 states, “…For the Lord is the God of knowledge; And by Him, actions are weighed.”
Does your action carry weight before God?
How are you addressing engaging the right choice to the glory of God?
A priest had the privilege to do good but walked away.
Luke 10:31 says, “Now by chance, a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.”
All have a chance and should do right before God.
PRAYER
Ask God to enable you to walk with, not walk away from Him in the chance that will mark you not to miss eternal life.
Ask that all your actions engaged or to be engaged, from this hour shall carry weight to lift you before God.
Ask that you shall not miss doing right that counts before God.
BE MINDFUL OF GOD
David asked God, “What is man that You are mindful of him…”
(Psalm 8:4)
Are you mindful of God?
Why not be mindful of God?
Know to keep your mind on God as one that walks with God to gain the blessings of God.
Isaiah 26:3 records the promise of God for the mindful towards Him, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You.”
To live life by the word of God is to be mindful of God and not to stumble.
PRAYER
Ask that from this hour to live a life mindful of God.

MINDFUL GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: One who is not of God is not in Him.

Psalm 8

Give yourself to the word of God.
One who gives to the word of God shall not fail to experience the hand of God in all areas of life.
To be mindful of God is to live life for God.
The hand of God is not short to locate you in all endeavors.
Jesus said, “…He who abides in Me, and I in him…” (John 15:5)
One who is mindful of God is the testimony of one who walks in Him.
One who is not of God is not in Him.
God is mindful of anyone with a mind for Him.
God testifies to David in 1 Samuel 13:14 that David is a man after His own heart, “…The Lord has sought for Himself a man after His own heart…”
God continually looks for one that is mindful of Him.
David, a man after the mind of God, knows to ask from God why God is mindful of man in Psalm 8:4, “What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? “
To have a mind of God is not by determination but by desire.
Know to ask that God will enable you by depositing His word to be mindful of Him.
One with the word of God shall be mindful of God and answer as one that belongs to God.
God wants all to be mindful of Him.
The majority are not mindful of God but empty of God.
Without ceasing, ask to be enabled with mindfulness of God.
PRAYER:
Ask that God will put His word (law) in your mind as He promised the Israelites and to stamp them on your heart to live life as His own in all the days of life He has given you.
Ask that the mind of God shall put you in a position to gain mercy in the life journey.
Ask before God that sins shall no longer hinder you from denying you to gain and retain the presence of God.
Inquiring is an approach to seeking God and living life in Him.
Have the desire to be full of God the character of those who seek God diligently?
One with faith is inquiring from God, not to doubt, the evidence of one mindful of God.
One that inquires with faith does not doubt but acknowledges God with the mind.
What is denying you not being one who is mindful of God?
Be one that knows to keep a mind on God as a way of life to gain the blessings of God.
Isaiah 26:3 records the promise of God for the mindful towards Him, “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You.”
To live life by the word of God is to be mindful of God and not to stumble.

Prayer for today: Ask to live life for God.

THERE IS A NEED

FAITH CAPSULE: There is a need to live obediently, walking in Him.

Isaiah 64

Walk with God by waiting on God not to be careless in the life journey.
Waiting on God is the character of obedience to the word of God that does not fail to direct and preserve.
God waits to enable one who actively obeys His word.
Isaiah 64:4 testifies, “For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.”
Without a doubt, wait on God to experience God walking with you because He waits for those who wait on Him.
Are you living in obedience to the word of God?
Remember, the word of God is God. (John 1:1)
The word of God is Him.
Obey God to walk in Him.
Throughout the pages of the Bible, those who walk in His word arrive at the direction of God (the center of His divine assignment) for such.
Enoch walked with God and could not see death.
The testimony of Enoch is the one who walked with God and did not die untimely death physically, spiritually, or emotionally.
Genesis 6:9 records the story of Noah, “Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God.”
Noah walked with God and could not become a victim of the corruption of his time on the face of the earth.
Walking in the word of God is obedience to the word of God.
With desire, pray before God to walk obediently to His word.
Just like Enoch and Noah, to walk with God is to walk before Him.
Abraham walked before God and was blameless before God to claim the promise of God. (Genesis 17:1)
The word of God yesterday, today, and tomorrow shall perform to perfect the life of obedience.
Walking with God is walking before God, to walk in Him.
The word of God points out that walking with or before God is walking in Him. Colossians 2:6 emphasizes that God is yesterday, the same tomorrow, and forever, stating, “As you, therefore, have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.”
Walk in God to arrive at the divine assignment.
There is a need to live obediently, living by walking in Him.
Obedient to His word is the character of a believer walking in Him.
Prayerfully, begin to walk in Him.
For example, the wife of Lot looked back against the word of God and did not walk in the word of God to become terminated. (Genesis 19:26)
Which way are you walking before God?
Are you walking in the word of God or the way of the world?
Walking in the way of the world is not living by the word of God.
Do not live a life of waste.

Prayer for today: Pray that God shall enable you to walk in Him.

YOUR CHARACTER

FAITH CAPSULE: The character of walking in Him.

Psalm 23

How are you walking before that sees it all?
In all that matters in life, fashion prayer continually before God so that you do not live a life that is not centered on God and do not walk to find God.
Live by the word of God.
The word of God is not storytelling but written for learning for anyone with the desire to find God and walk in Him. Romans 15:4 states,
“For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.”
One who walks in the word of God is the character who sees in the word to receive and claims the promise of the word.
Job testifies, “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You.” (Job 42:5)
Like Job, one who sees in the word of God will find God and walk in Him.
One that seeks God walks in God to find Him.
God oversees the affairs of the whole heart.
Is your heart set for God, walking in Him to find God?
David, in his heart, was set for God. (1 Samuel 13:14)
To find God and walk in Him is rooted in the heart, and not be a victim of the fear of this word.
David was a testimony of not a vessel of fear of the world.
Psalm 23:4 records the word of David, the character of one that walks in God, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” It is evident that David found God, walked in Him, and did not fear the evil of a wicked world.
Why not prayerfully seek God to find Him by walking in Him?
LIFE IS A JOURNEY
How are you walking through not to live a life of waste?
Know to wait and find God in your walking.
To walk or run, to run or walk rightly before God will find God.
Isaiah 40:31 encourages, “But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
The Almighty God alone creates all, and all exists for His glory. (Revelation 4:11)
The life journey of all creation counts before Him.
It is worthy that all the creation find Him by walking in Him.
In the life journey, know the calling of God to walk in Him.
Ephesians 4:11 admonishes, “…walk worthy of the calling with which you were called…”
1 Thessalonians 2:12 encourages, “… walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory.”
Seek God diligently to find God and walk with God.
Do not live a life of waste.

Prayer for today: Ask not to live a life of waste.
