WALKING IN HIM

The word of God is God.
John 1:1 states, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
In these challenging times, which way is your desire to walk in?
Do not assume about the way you are to give yourself.
This month, with desire, not just determination, prayerfully, ask and meditate to walk in Him.
Acts 6:4 encourages, “…we will give ourselves continually to prayer and the ministry of the word.”
Get serious, with the desire to pray that God enables the month to be your month of walking in Him.
Do not live a life of waste!
Meditating prayer before God is worthy of asking to be enabled to walk in God.
Which way are you walking in this world of challenges?
Are you walking in the word of God or the way of the world?
Walking in the way of the world is not living by the word of God.
Seek God diligently to find God and walk with God.
Enoch lived evidence of one who walked with God.
Genesis 5:23-24 records, “So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years. And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.”
Living a long life is rooted in walking with God.
Enoch walked with God and could not see death.
The testimony of Enoch is that one who walked with God shall not experience untimely death physically, spiritually, or emotionally.
How are you walking?
Genesis 6:9 states, “Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God.”
Walking with God is walking in Him.
When the earth was corrupt before God, Noah walked with God not to become a victim of the corruption on earth.
The word of God is God.
Walking in the word of God is obedience to the word of God.
Ask that you be enabled to live obediently to the word of God, not to live a wasted life.
To be walking with God is to walk before God.
Abraham walked before God.
Genesis 17:1 records, “When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless.”
He was blameless and possessed the promises of God for his life.
From the beginning till today, if the word of God is not possible to live by the word of God, God would not have asked or expected all to live by His word.
Walking with God is walking before God, to walk in Him.
The word of God points out that walking with and before God is walking in Him. Colossians 2:6 states, “As you, therefore, have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.”
With prayer, nothing is impossible.
Pray before God to be enabled that the new month answer for you as the month of walking in Him.
THE CHARACTER OF WALKING IN HIM
How are you walking before that sees it all?
In all that matters in life, fashion prayer continually before God so that you do not live a life that is not centered on God and do not walk to find God.
Live by the word of God.
The word of God is not storytelling but written for learning for anyone with the desire to find God and walk in Him. Romans 15:4 states,
“For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.”
One who walks in the word of God is the character who sees in the word to receive and claims the promise of the word.
Job testifies, “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You.” (Job 42:5)
Like Job, one who sees in the word of God will find God and walk in Him.
One that seeks God walks in God to find Him.
God oversees the affairs of the whole heart.
Is your heart set for God, walking in Him to find God?
David, in his heart, was set for God. (1 Samuel 13:14)
To find God and walk in Him is rooted in the heart, and not be a victim of the fear of this word.
David was a testimony of not a vessel of fear of the world.
Psalm 23:4 records the word of David, the character of one that walks in God, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” It is evident that David found God, walked in Him, and did not fear the evil of a wicked world.
Why not prayerfully seek God to find Him by walking in Him?
LIFE IS A JOURNEY
How are you walking through not to live a life of waste?
Know to wait and find God in your walking.
To walk or run, to run or walk rightly before God will find God.
Isaiah 40:31 encourages, “But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
The Almighty God alone creates all, and all exists for His glory. (Revelation 4:11)
The life journey of all creation counts before Him.
It is worthy that all the creation find Him by walking in Him.
In the life journey, know the calling of God to walk in Him.
Ephesians 4:11 admonishes, “…walk worthy of the calling with which you were called…”
1 Thessalonians 2:12 encourages, “… walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory.”
Seek God diligently to find God and walk with God.
Do not live a life of waste.

WALK IN HIM

FAITH CAPSULE: Let prayer before God be your way to walk in Him.

Genesis 17

The word of God is God.

READY FOR THE COMING DAYS?

FAITH CAPSULE: Have you prepared to walk before God in the coming days?

2 Chronicles 29:1-11

The grace and mercy of God brought you this far to improve your relationship with God.
To be alive day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, to be alive is getting prepared to gain the presence of God.
Preparation provokes the appointed time of God.
Preparation from the depth of heart counts before God as the integrity to engage the presence of God.
Preparation is the action for the manifestation of expectation.
For example, Jesus directed for preparation before Passover.
Matthew 26:19 records, “So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them, and they prepared the Passover.”
One prepares before God shall experience the manifestation of expectation.
Preparation can be the time of waiting and walking before God.
God waits to act for those who wait on Him. (Isaiah 64:4)
Without a doubt, live life by the word of God always.
To gain and retain the presence of God is to open and be cleaned up for God to occupy, and such will live life for the glory of God.
The action to open the temple by King Hezekiah depicts what it means for all to prepare for God to occupy.
2 Chronicles 29:1-3 records, “Hezekiah became king when he was twenty-five years old, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Abijah the daughter of Zechariah. And he did what was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father David had done. In the first year of his reign, in the first month, he opened the doors of the house of the Lord and repaired them.”
When Hezekiah became king, the first thing he did was open and repair the temple of God.
The opening and reparation of the temple of God counted for him as right doing, the character of preparation.
Hezekiah was right in the sight of the Lord.
An open and repaired house of God is prepared and well-kept for the occupation of the presence of God.
Are you an acclaimed believer?
Are you opened, repaired, and prepared for God to occupy you?
Prayerfully, with desire, open up for the Lord to occupy your life.
Make it a priority to study and learn to make the coming days, weeks, and months to walk with God.
Are you open to the religious purpose or to reality with Christ?
Hezekiah did not open up to play religion; he brought the qualified to work inside the temple.
2 Chronicles 29:5, “And he said to them: Hear me, Levites! Now sanctify yourselves, sanctify the house of the LORD God of your fathers, and carry out the rubbish from the holy place.”
Are you open to the entrance of God into your life?
One who prepares should be open to walking with God.

Prayer for today: Ask God to impact you by having preparation before Him continually.

HAVE UNDERSTANDING

FAITH CAPSULE: Why not gain understanding to relate with God?

Psalm 136

Understanding a given information gives way to having a knowing edge.
Matthew 7:7-8 gives out the information from Jesus to all, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”
With understanding, one will know to ask, seek, and knock, the evidence of watching and praying.
Repeatedly, the word demands watch and pray.
1 Peter 4:7 warns, “But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers.”
Are you praying not to ask amiss?
James 4:3 cautions, “You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.”
Why not gain understanding to relate with God?
With understanding, one that prays in line with the word of God, for expectation is in prayer to experience manifestation.
God cannot be intimidated by many words or live life as ignorant with the expectation for manifestation as expected from God.
Do you understand God by His word?
Are you with the expectation of the mercy of God but not walking in line with God?
God is a merciful God.
The mercy of God is His favor. (Isaiah 60:10)
Numbers 14:18 admonishes, “The Lord is long-suffering and abundant in mercy…”
God does not run out of mercy, His creation walks out of His mercy.
As merciful as God is, God will also have mercy on whom He chooses to.
Romans 9:15 testifies to the word of God, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.”
Are you praying for the mercy of God?
It is not a miss when asking for the mercy of God, but it is always to pray with understanding before God.
ASKING FOR HIS MERCY
About the mercy of God is to know God, to fear Him.
Luke 1:50 admonishes, “And His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation.”
According to the word of God, with the fear of God, mercy will become obtainable from God.
Why not desire and allow the fear of God to reign and rule your life?
Understanding and knowing to fear God will lead to the love of God by obeying His word.
Deuteronomy 7:9 testifies, “Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.”
With fear of God, mercy will become the portion of one that loves God and lives a life of testimony of the mercy of God.
Gain the understanding of God in His way to receive and retain the presence of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be filled with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of God.

GET TO KNOW THIS

FAITH CAPSULE: The word of God is the power of God.

Hebrews 4

The Old and New Testaments record the importance of knowing about the word of God.
Deuteronomy 4:2 warns, “You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.”
Are you taking away or adding to the word of God?
Hebrews 4:12 introduces what the word of God is about for all, “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
Give yourself to know the word of God that is magnified by God as Psalm 138:2 states, “For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.”
The word of God is the power of God over any force or activity of darkness.
Psalm 105 states, “He sent darkness and made it dark, and they did not rebel against His word.”
The word of God is power for healing and deliverance.
Psalm 107:20 made it known, “He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”
Calling on God by His word, God shall intervene.
God will not fail to send His magnified word against challenges.
Are you full of the word of God?
One full of the word of God will not be quiet but know to call for the magnified word of God in times of challenge.
Jesus was with His disciples when He demonstrated the power of the word of God that can calm a troubling wind and sea as He traveled on the sea.
The Bible records, “Now when He got into a boat, His disciples followed Him. And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. Then His disciples came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!” But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. So, the men marveled, saying, “Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?” (Matthew 8:23-27)
Jesus spoke the word to calm the troubling wind and sea.
As a believer of the word of God, in the troubling challenge, speak the word of God that delivers and preserves from evil agenda.
Listen, power belongs to the word of God to rebuke and calm any challenge that ravages your world.
Give yourself to the word of God that will build you to give you abundant life.
The word of God speaks to all.

Prayer for today: Ask for the word of God to gain entrance into you.
