DO THE WORD

FAITH CAPSULE: Doing the word of God is doing good.

Esther 8

Under heaven, doing good is not beyond God.
God sees all, and doing good will provoke the mercy of God.
The Bible records that the word of God is God as John 1:1 testifies, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
The Bible also records that the word is the Spirit of God.
John 6:63 records, “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit and they are life.”
The Bible also confirms, “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:24)
The Word of God is God, and His word is His Spirit.
Doing the word of God is doing good.
It is wise and should be a desire with one that wants to live life for God, to pray the word of Psalm 143:10 that states, “Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.”
When God, His Spirit that is good, becomes established in the life of one, the testimony of God that is mercy and truth shall belong to such.
The mercy of God is attainable for one that is doing good before God.
Knowing to do good under heaven is not beyond the response of the mercy of God.
One, Haman devised evil against the Jews to provoke the guidance of Mordecai, which led Esther to receive privilege before the King to deny Haman with an evil device. Bible records, “Now Esther spoke again to the king, fell down at his feet, and implored him with tears to counteract the evil of Haman the Agagite, and the scheme which he had devised against the Jews.” (Esther 8:3)
Esther devised good, and the mercy of God answered on behalf of all her people (Jews).
The Word of God in Proverbs 14:22 confirms, “…but mercy and truth belong to those who devise good.
One devising good will attain the mercy of God.
In life, one that sows good will reap good.
It is a wise saying that whatever a man sow is what a man will reap.
For example, as close as banana and plantain look alike, it is impossible to sow banana and reap plantain regardless of how look-alike they appear.
What are you sowing to reap?
Hosea 10:12 buttressed the word of God, “Sow for yourselves righteousness; reap in mercy.”
Become one merciful to experience the mercy of God just as Matthew 5:7 speaks to all, “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.”
Be merciful to attain the mercy of God over your life.
With understanding, know God to be doing good, not just know about God.
Seek the mercy of God so that His mercy will reign and rule in your life.

Prayer for today: Ask to be a vessel of doing good to the glory of God.

FOUR POINTS

FAITH CAPSULE: Meditate on the following four points to experience the move of God.

Psalm 1, 4

Meditating the word of God is continual communication with God or locating God in His living word.
The quotes rooted in the word of God are to occupy the mind for meditating before God, knowing that God will deliver.
Meditate following four points:
LIVE LIFE FOR GOD, NOT FOR YOURSELF
The character of a selfish-minded one is to know to do good but not do good.
Such selfish-minded will do good except only in exchange for self-need as an exploiter in the life of others.
One with the character of a selfish mind is of sin before God.
James 4:17 confirms a selfish mind, “Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” Who are you before God? Are you living life outside of the word of God?
Search self, live life, not for self, but to the glory of God.
ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN AS PROMISED BY THE LIVING WORD OF GOD
Asking is what the unfailing word of God requests from all that know to ask.
Continually, ask for the living Word of God to locate you, to gain entrance into your life, and silence the spirit of unbelieving in your life.
Ask God to enable you to live life prayerfully by His word.
Psalm 72:15 admonishes, “…Prayer also will be made for Him continually, and daily He shall be praised.”
Apostle Paul instructs in Acts 6:4, “but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”
Know to pray because evil is continual!
LISTEN TO GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORD OF GOD
One that listens will understand the word of God to live life victoriously, to the glory of God.
If you can listen, understanding will enable you to see, to receive, and what you receive in the word of God will become of you.
When there is no listening, there will be no understanding.
The word of Jesus in John 8:43 rhetorically questioned and answered, “Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word.”
Begin to listen enough to gain the understanding to be able to see and receive the word.
SEE IN THE WORD OF GOD
Jericho, with the wall, was an attempt to deny Isreal from arriving at the Promise Land.
However, Joshua could see in the spoken word of God.
By seeing in the word of God, the Israelites gain victory over Jericho.
God said, “See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor.” (Joshua 6:2)
Jeremiah saw in the word of God: “See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:10)
Begin to listen with understanding, see to receive in the word of God.

Prayer for today: Ask that the word of God will stay in your heart to establish you in the presence of God.

CULTIVATE PRAYER LIFE

FAITH CAPSULE: Prayer demands commitment with consistency.

Daniel 6

Do you have a prayer life?
Prayer time is not a parade time to impress man but to provoke the hand of God for His favor of goodness.
Prayer is a labor that is not for one with the spirit of laziness.
The prayer of Jesus in the garden demonstrates that God will not ignore prayer before Him.
Luke 22:44 identifies the labor prayer of Jesus, “And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.”
Ask engaging laborious prayer as a way of life, not to be a victim of a wicked world.
A prayer-less is not possible to prevail in the wicked world.
Prayer should be a continual engagement.
Engaging in prayer time is not convenient but demands commitment.
Do you have a prayer life?
Is your prayer consistent with commitment?
Apostle Paul testifies about prayer.
Acts 6:4 records, “but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”
Are you one with denying or delayed experience in the hour of prayer?
Daniel is one with the testimony of engaging prayer with commitment.
The commitment of Daniel is continual without convenience.
Daniel had a heart for God.
Daniel was experiencing promotion as he purposes his heart for God.
The promotion of Daniel positioned him for untimely termination.
Daniel 6:3 records the reaction of King Darius to Daniel, “Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps because an excellent spirit was in him, and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.”
The promotion experienced a challenge.
Daniel 6:4 records, “So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.”
In all the challenges of Daniel, he resolved to prayer that made him prevail.
Daniel was a prayer vessel.
Daniel 6:10 records, “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.”
The enemy of Daniel saw what kind of a man Daniel was, yet they wanted to terminate Daniel by pressing for his termination.
Daniel 6:11 records, “Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. 12 And they went before the king, and spoke concerning the king’s decree”
The prayer of Daniel was the frustration of his enemies.
The praying of Daniel denied an untimely death over his life.
The king reluctantly gave the command, and they brought Daniel and cast him to become terminated by the lions.
Daniel prevailed because he was a praying vessel.
There is no substitute for praying to provoke the move of God.

Prayer for today: Ask that praying with commitment before God shall be your way of life.

WITH FAITH

FAITH CAPSULE: Get to know God, fear Him, and live free.

John 14

Get to know God, fear Him, and live free.
With faith will fear God, live in truth, and be free to live life for the glory of God.
The word of God is the source of God and documents every reason to know God with fear.
God is an awesome God to love for His goodness and mercy.
Get to know God, fear Him, and live free.
The word of God is God.
John 1:1 testifies, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Many claims to know about the word of God, quote the word of God, or sing the word of God but lack freedom.
The word of Jesus to the Jews that believed in His time also speaks to acclaim believers of today, “Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32)
Are you an acclaimed believer that is not free because of the lack of truth?
Do you know God or know about God?
One that quotes or sings the word of God with no character in the way of life is evidence of knowing about God but not knowing God.
TRUTH.
Jesus is the truth of God. John 14:6 testifies, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Know the truth, the word of God, to be free in this wicked world.
Knowing the truth is evidence of having faith.
Do you have faith?
Have faith to become faithful as one rooted in knowing the word of God.
The source of having faith is hearing and hearing the Word of God.
One with a desire to live life by the word of God must be in a position to seek God in His word.
Romans 10:17 declares, “…faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”  To be hearing and hearing the word of God is the coming of faith, but when there is no hearing, hearing faith will depart from one.
Continually, are you hearing the word of God to know God and be faithful?
DESCRIBING FAITH
The source of faith is the living word of God.
Faith is the living power that produces a living proof in the life of one that is faithful.
Faith is a spiritual power but not a philosophy or ideology.
Jesus said, “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” (John 6:63)
Have faith by giving yourself to the word of God, fear God, and be free in this wicked world.

Prayer for today: Ask that to be giving self to His word.

WHAT GOD WANTS

FAITH CAPSULE: God wants all to be responsible with a commitment to His word.

Deuteronomy 10

All should be responsible with a commitment to His word.
Responsibility is the price for greatness when committed to the word of God in the heart, not just in the mouth.
Living a life of responsibility with a commitment to God will consign self to seek God with all heart, soul, and strength.  Deuteronomy 4:29 records the consequence of being responsible for seeking God, “…you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
By faith, and commitment to the word God, do not be discouraged by the surrounding world to find God.
By faith is to be living (believe) the word of God by the mouth.
What does God want from all?
Deuteronomy 10:12 identifies, “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.”
One that fears God walks in His way, loves, and serves God diligently.
Do you fear God?
AMONG WHAT GOD WANTS FROM ALL IS TO SEEK GOD DILIGENTLY ARE:
PATIENTS TO WAIT ON GOD
GIVE THANKS TO GOD ALWAYS
PRAISING GOD
PATIENTS TO WAIT ON GOD
Wait on God with no complaint to avoid becoming a failure to receive from God.
God acts for those who wait on Him. Isaiah 64:4 points out, “For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.”
One not waiting on God will complain instead of complementing God evidence of the lack of commitment to God and will not arrive at the center of the calling of God.
GIVE THANKS TO GOD ALWAYS
Giving thanks to God is not thinking thanks.
What thing is holding you back from giving thanks to God continually?
Ephesians 5:20 encourages, “Giving thanks always for all things to God…”
Is the delay of your expectation for manifestation shutting your heart of thanksgiving to God?
Are you engaging in worrying?
Know to give thanks for all things, to provoke God for all things to work for you.
Romans 8:28 buttresses, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God…”
The character of love is thanking God.
Despise worrying but worship God with thanksgiving continually.
PRAISING GOD
Praise God with understanding. (Psalm 47:7)
To be alive at the moment of breath is a great grace, the privilege of God but not the right to be alive.
From the depth of the heart, all should know to praise God at every moment of breath.
Praising God is not a show-off.
Praising God is not only in noise-making the identity of knowing about God but not knowing God.
Know God, gain understanding, to praise Him as Psalm 150:6 records, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!”

Prayer for today: Pray to live life by the word of God.
