Acts 13

Keeping to the way of God is to live by the way of God.
In the Word of God is life.
The Word of God is His direction, not to live a life of waste when living by His Word.
There is no excuse not to live by the way of God.
The Word of God is a manual; it is the presence of God.
Gain understanding and know how to keep the Word of God.
God creates all by His Word; nothing is made without the Word of God.
John 1:1-3 documents the importance of the Word of God, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”
Above all, God magnified His Word above all His name.
Psalm 138:2 states, “…For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.”
The Word of God is a proven living word.
Without doubt, what is it that the Word of God cannot do?
Hebrews 4:12 points out, “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
Gain understanding and know how to keep the Word of God.
In the pages of the bible, God is repeatedly called a consuming fire. (Hebrews 12:29)
God also testified by sending His Word.
His Word is in place for all purposes to answer for all who believe in His Word.
God described His Word in Jeremiah 23:29, “Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?”
A believing believer is not an unbelieving believer, will gain understanding to know and engage the Word of God, which is a consuming fire that devours all that does not represent God in the journey of a believer.
Do not take God for granted, as a joker or talkative in His Word.
In this wicked world, not believing the Word of God leads to a position of self-destruction.
Proverbs 13:13 warns, “He who despises the word will be destroyed, but he who fears the commandment will be rewarded.”
Doubt is a way of despising the Word of God.
Word of God warned against such as lying, deception, and manipulation, but the wicked despise the Word of God.
Taking to the Word of God in truth makes a believer in God.
A believer who is not an unbelieving believer will not live the life of wickedness.
Why not commit to the Word of God and build for His glory?
