GOD VISITS (Part one)

FAITH CAPSULE: God is still visiting His people as it was in the early days of His creation.

Exodus 19

God is a God of visitation that visits His creation.
The book of Genesis to Revelation records the visitation of God, and He is still the God of visitation till the present times.
For example, God visits the children of the Israelites for salvation.
Exodus 3:16 records the message of God for the Israelites through Moses about the plan of His visitation to the Israelites, “Go and gather the elders of Israel together, and say to them, The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared to me, saying, “I have surely visited you and seen what is done to you in Egypt.”
Besides the visitation of God for salvation, among other reasons to experience the visitation of God are:
To be spiritual before God.
To engage in prayer effectively.
To be walking in obedience to the word of God.
To be spiritually sensitive.
To be praiseful before God.
To be spiritual before God.
To be spiritual is to be prepared to receive from God by separating self from worldly engagement to God.
For example, spending time in the word of God continually is taking a position to experience the visitation of God in His word.
God gave His word to Moses for His people, “Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes. And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.” (Exodus 19:10-11)
Prescription in the word of God was to prepare the Israelites and be ready to experience God.
One that prepares for God should walk out of the life of sin.
Romans 3:23 points out, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
With sin, no man can reach God but to be spiritual is to experience Godly visitation.
To effectively engage prayer.
Engaging prayer effectively is to shut in with God and shut out the world. All with the expectation to experience the visitation of God should prayerfully seek God diligently at the prayer altar to encounter the divine visitation of God.
Jeremiah 29:13-14 records, “And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity…”
Without a doubt, prayer is an opening key to assess the presence of God for His wonders.
One that finds God in prayer is one that God founds, the evidence of the experience of the visitation of God.

Prayer for today: Ask that Lord God enable you to be in a position to experience His visitation continually.

NOT OF GOD

FAITH CAPSULE: Doubt is not of God but with an attempt to deny the hand of God.

Matthew 14:22-36

What is holding one down that not to experience the hand of the Gift of God?
Do you believe or are you with doubt that the Gift of God is here, not that He is coming?
Jesus, the gift of God, testifies, “…I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.”
Jesus is here to give life abundantly where doubt should not have a place.
It is the doubtful one that will be denied not to experience the Gift of God.
Jesus said, “Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts? (Luke 24:38)
With doubt, faith will drown.
Jesus encourages all, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. (John 14:1)
Faith is what pleases God.
Faith is a key to ask, to receive from God.
Are you a believer with faith?
When believers operate faith like a floating balloon, doubt can deflate the balloon to become grounded.
The word of God demands faith and no doubt.
James 1:6 bolstered against doubt, “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.”
Once, the disciples of Jesus were on a journey on the water ahead of Jesus.
While the disciples were in the middle of the journey on the sea, the boat experienced waves.
Jesus could not abandon His disciples when He walked on the waves of the water.
When Peter saw Jesus, he asked to walk like Jesus on the water.
Jesus called Peter to walk as the story of Peter changed because of faith. The bible records, “So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” (Matthew 14:29-30)
Jesus was not a stranger to miracles, but Peter became an estranged disciple of Jesus to miracles of Jesus.
With belief, there should be no room for doubt.
No one should believe in God and give self to doubt.
Peter should not give himself to doubt in the place for faith.
Just as Peter was sinking instead of walking on his troubled water, Jesus reacted, “And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.” (Matthew 14:31-32)
Without doubt, it was the doubt of Peter that caused his faith to sink in the troubled water.
Are you experiencing or seeing troubled water ahead of your journey?
For deliverance, see that the hand of God is not short to extend deliverance miracle.

Prayer for today: Ask God for deliverance from the spirit of doubt.

PAYBACK TIME

FAITH CAPSULE: What does it take to pay back for the love of God?

1 Timothy 4

God cares for all and gives His love.
In the given of the love of God is His begotten Son.
John 3:16-17 records, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
Do you know or know about the love of God?
To know the love of God is identified in 1John5:3, “For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments.”
Keeping the commandment of God is doing His will, obeying the word of God.
Jesus, the love of God for all, is here.
Jesus is the begotten son of God is here.
Now that He is here, what does it take to pay back for the love of God?
Believing in God and living by His commandment is what it takes to pay back to God for His love for all.
To be living life by the commandment of God is one that believes in the love of God.
Living life for God demands a sacrificial commitment to obey the commandment of God.
With God, there is a set standard for every area of His expectation for living life by His command.
Deuteronomy 6:5, identifies the standard expectation of living life by the standard of the command of God, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.”
Through the pages of the Bible, living life by the standard of God to live a fulfilled life and accomplish great exploits to the glory of God.
Abraham, Joseph, Daniel, and some demonstrated the love of God and were able to do great exploits to the glory of God.
Do you know or know about the love of God?
One that does not know God does not accept Him.
A failure to accept the Lord Jesus, the gift of God for all, is not mindful of God also with the spirit of forgetfulness.
One that is not mindful of God does not give attention to God to gain the attention of God.
Give attention to God, gain His attention, and know that the glamorous celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ does not count before God.
Be living life for God with a meaningful celebration.
Keep in mind, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
The purpose of His birth for all is to believe in Him and not perish.
It is an error not to believe in Him celebrating Him.
Unfortunately, celebrating the birth of Jesus is colorful everywhere but lacks understanding among celebrants.
Understandably, believe in Him, to celebrate Him as the Gift of God for all man.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to live a life celebrating God for His glory.

CELEBRATION OF JESUS

FAITH CAPSULE: The celebration of Jesus should be at every breath of life.

John 3

Jesus was born quietly in an unexpected location.
Luke 2:7 record the scene when Mary gave birth to Jesus, “she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn.”
When Jesus was born, no single inn with an available room for His arrival to the world to deliver and preserve against lack of abundance in every way of life.
Since the time of the birth of Jesus, there are no rooms, no space in the inn that is available for Jesus.
Do you have a room for Jesus in your inn?
Celebration for the birth of Jesus is with wild glamorous but not with a position to count before God.
Celebrating the birth of Jesus should be at every breath of life, not once a year.
Celebrating the birth of Jesus should be with Christ reality, not religious engagement.
Celebrating the birth of Jesus should be with understanding to gain and retain the presence of God.
What are you celebrating about Jesus?
Are you one that celebrates the gift of God at a selected time of convenience celebration?
With understanding, get to know and be giving continual celebration for the birth of Jesus.
Jesus is the gift of God, and the celebration of Jesus entails giving back to God by living life for the glory of God.
Live life for the glory of God by obedience to the word of God.
To obey is to be living as commanded by God.
God, in His goodness and mercy, sent His Word.
Remember that the Word of God is God.
Jesus, the Word of God, is here, not that He is yet to come!
John 10:10 records the word of Jesus: “…I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.”
Jesus is here already.
Understanding is celebrating Jesus continually.
Are you a believer by mouth but not a believer by heart, not living the way of God?
God truly loves His creation to give His Son.
John 3:16-18 records:
For, God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned, but he who does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Jesus is here!
The purpose of His coming is to believe in Him and not perish.
It is an error not to believe in Him celebrating Him.
Celebrating Jesus without understanding defeats the purpose of His coming over the life of one that does not believe in Him.
Celebrate Him continually, with understanding, give yourself to live life to the glory of God.

Prayer for today: Ask to be enabled to live life for His glory.

LIFE BY JESUS

FAITH CAPSULE: Jesus is here to give abundant life, not that He is yet to be here.

John 10

He is here!
Jesus is here to take over all challenges, and He is the same yesterday and forever.
He will move for those with trust, hope to obey His word for deliverance and preservation.
At one of the passing by of Jesus, He restored a blind man: “…He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva, and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So, he went and washed, and came back seeing.” (John 9:6-7)
The point here is that the blind man did not question or doubt the word of God but took off and went to wash.
The direction word of Jesus for the blind man gained his sight.
Doubt or distraction could not derail the blind man from obeying Jesus for his miracle.
Doubt is with an attempt to hinder faith and not move faith forward.
Jesus is here to take over all challenges, and He is the same yesterday and forever.
When God takes over in the challenge, man should not overtake God but allow God.
Psalm 34:19 testifies, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.”
At all times, the word of God does not fail.
The blind man responds to Jesus with faith.
Since the arrival of Jesus, till today, since 2000 years ago, Jesus has been winning battles.
Jesus is here for victory to all, but many remain victimized because of doubt.
Get to know Jesus!
From today know Him and not doubt Him.
One must know God for who He is and what He is here to do.
What is it that you do not know about it that Jesus is here?
The word of God is His work.
All His creation from the beginning was His word.
Knowing by seeing His work (creations by His word) is the evidence that He is near.
Psalm 75:1 buttressed, “…For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near.”
God is near! Jesus is here!
It is time to be living by His word.
Seeing the creations of God by His word is everywhere for man to know Him and not doubt Him.
God is unfailing, and He is a mighty warrior.
In all seasons, at every moment, know that Jesus is here for all.
Jesus, in His word, confirmed the purpose of His coming when He said, “…I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)
Are you talking to the word of God, knowing that Jesus is here?
Jesus is here to give abundant life.
Jesus confirms in His word that He is here, not that He is yet to be here.
Take Him serious in His word, not in the word of the world religion.

Prayer for today: Ask to enable you to live life for Him.
