Positive sound
Acts14:6-10, Psalm 107:20
A crippled man from birth never walked before. He was stranded, no where for him to go without someone helping him. Different words must have been communicated to his condition when people pass by. This crippled man must have been hearing words of discouragement and ridicule. He has been crippled ever since he was in his motherÕs womb. It had been a long time since he heard anything positive from anyone. Does that sound like you? Have you been grounded in one area of life where it seemed there was no way for motion? Have you ever considered what you have been listening to? Would you like to consider a change in what you listen to? The crippled manÕs miracle came to life when he heard Paul speak. Acts 14:9-10, ÒThis man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed said with a loud voice, Ôstand up straight on your feetÕ and he leaped and walked.ÕÕ All his life, the crippled man had never heard healing spoken to him. The words that have been sent in his direction were never for healing. Psalm107:20, ÒHe sent His word to heal them, and delivered them from their destructions.Ó The Word will only serve healing for those that listen and hear it. The crippled man heard the Word through Paul, and not only did he stand on his feet as Paul prayed, the crippled man leaped! You have been grounded for too long. Listen to positive sound that comes in your direction. You will end up dancing for the Lord again. Your stagnation will be converted into motion, in Jesus name, Amen.
