HEART AND MOUTH< ?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
Romans 10:11
The word that is in the heart will not to act until it comes out of the mouth. It does not matter how much you carry Him in the heart, allow the mouth to do the confession for your stand in the Lord to be identified: He is the Lord and savior. Romans 10:9-10, ÒThat if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.Ó When it comes down to the issue of salvation, the mouth and the heart does have a great role to play as a joint leader. When a believer begins to say, ÒOh I have Him in the heart but I just want to be quiet,Ó it does not give an adequate representation of the believerÕs confession of faith. Confession is key to every vehicle of manifestation. The word of God encourages that we say it loudly. Also, when the word is indeed in you, you cannot be quiet. It is written that the word of God is like fire (Jeremiah < ?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>23:29). Think of it, if the word is in you it should be burning, how then can you have a fire burning in you and be silent? It is time that believers begin to burn off all that is not planted of God by the fire of the living word of God. Allow the name of God to be glorified, speak where the word does have a need to be heard. It is time to stop going about with hands in the pocket, Bible at home, and word burning away in the heart. Let the heart carry the sword while the mouth delivers it.
