ASK TO SEE< ?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>Jeremiah 1:1-16
Without prayer, absolutely nothing can be done in regard to your desire. It is prayer, not program that will help in lifting your desires up to God for intervention. Calling on God is asking from Him and asking from Him is praying to Him. As a jealous God, He enjoys attention because attention is the antidote for jealousy. This is how He identifies Himself in His command as to how we are to relate with Him, ÒYou shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me.Ó (Exodus 20:5) Being familiar with the word of God is different from being firm in how we live in His word. Indeed, we know what it takes to approach jealousy, but living up to it is not in place. Today would you consciously call, ask, and pray that God will cause you to begin to see where He wants you to see. This prayer is important in the beginning of a new beginning because it makes the journey to become a focused journey. Also, until you begin to see where God wants you to see, you will not be able to receive what He has in place for carrying out great exploits for His glory. All that Jeremiah needed to resume for his divine assignment that was in place since he was in the motherÕs womb was there, but he needed to see; otherwise he would have missed out. ÒThen the LORD put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the LORD said to me: ÒBehold, I have put My words in your mouth. 10 See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the Kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.Ó (Jeremiah 1:9-10) The Lord put His word in JeremiahÕs mouth but Jeremiah needed an enablement to see what was put in His mouth for him to move in GodÕs purpose and agenda for his life. We have the Word in our hand and we have it in our heart, but seeing it as power to bring about manifestation is what the Lord God is waiting for. Moses did not move in the direction of GodÕs plan for His life until he was able to turn aside and see, ÒThen Moses said, ÒI will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.Ó 4 So when the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, ÒMoses, Moses!Ó And he said, ÒHere I am.Ó (Exodus 3:3-4) After Moses had turned and saw what was in place for him to move in the direction of GodÕs plan, the story of His life changed forever and for the best to the glory of God. Call, ask, and pray for enablement to begin to see the word as God has said it.
