Terminating Move

TERMINATING MOVE
Genesis 25:19-24

When a man is moved by what he wants and not by what the Lord wants for him, that man will be removed from where God wants him to be. There is place of God for each and in order to avoid eternal termination, every creation of God and no man should remove himself from that place of God. God has put all that it takes for man to be saved in place for any man that will remain in God’s place while the enemy is unfolding every plan to stop man from remaining in God’s place. What is it that you want that is moving you to do what is not of God or is causing you to make decisions that could permanently terminate God’s plan for your life? Esau, the brother of Jacob and  the son of Isaac and Rebekah came home one day hungry. Esau wanted to have stew so bad that he decided to sell his birthright to his brother Jacob. Genesis 25:29-31, “Now Jacob cooked a stew; and Esau came in from the field and he was weary. 30 And Esau said to Jacob, ‘Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary.’ Therefore his name was called Edom. 31 But Jacob said, ‘Sell me your birthright as of this day.’” Under no circumstances should any man be moved by their want nor by their emotions. Esau was so hungry that he agreed to exchange his birth right for food. Esau responded to Jacob’s request of his birthright when he said to Jacob, “…Look, I am about to die; so what is this birthright to me?” 33 “Then Jacob said, ‘Swear to me as of his day.’ So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.” (Genesis 25:32-33) For a bowl of stew and bread, Esau’s life plan was replaced by a move to temporarily satisfy his stomach. Concerning the grace to gain understanding, physically and spiritually, there is so much to learn from Jacob and Esau so that there should be no reason to get to the level of eternal termination of God’s plan for any of His creations. Esau’s life was never the same because he was moved by what he wanted and as a result of his move; he was terminated in the business of God. Esau would not have died as he claimed and his birthright would not have been tampered with. All that could have happened was Jacob denying him stew. What is moving you consciously or unconsciously that could cause you to make a decision or exchange a valuable gift that could cause you a lost that would forever be a painful and regretful life experience? God is still in the business of answering prayer. He has never failed and He will not fail in attending to every area of our need. Do not plan to make your move before you pray to make your move and God will be in your move.
