Follow Him

Lk.22:54-62

Now that He has resurrected; you have confessed Him and gave your life to the Lord, how do you follow Him? Lk.22:54, 55, having arrested Him, they led Him and brought Him into the high priestÕs house. But Peter followed at a distance. Now when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat among them. Peter followed Jesus morning, day and night. Peter, in his following Jesus was able to confirm miracles performed by the word of God. Despite all that he saw in his following Him, he redirected his journey. Peter redirected his journey away from the Lord when the going became rough. There will be rough and tough challenges in the course of your journey. When the challenges are up do not go down but keep up in your following Him. At a point in time, Peter could not keep up, he kept distance; he looked for comfort in the warmth of the kindled fire; and he sat out among the crowd. Pray that God will keep you in your entire step with Him.
