Continuous Approach

Continuous approach

Lk.19:1-10

How did you receive Him when you gave your life? How are you receiving Him at all of His visitations to you? Lk.19:5, 6, and when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, Ã’Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house. So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully. Zacchaeus, a short and underprivileged man that never knew he would have the privilege of receiving Jesus did not hesitate, but made haste with joy, to receive Jesus. Your salvation is not of strength or determination, it is a great privilege brought by the grace of God. How you receive salvation is what determines how you are responding to Him. Making haste with joy is not only when we first come to know Him, it should always be a continuous approach every time, and every moment of our life. He is always knocking at the door and we should always open with haste and a joyful heart. LORD, have mercy.
