Ex.15:22-27

Every timeyou are close to your miracle the journey gets tougher. Do not be discouragebut disengage yourself from fear. Your miracle is near; trust in God and hopein His mercy. The children of Israel, having received a miracle of breakthrough from the bondage of over four hundredyears, failed to maintain the Hand of GodÕs deliverance in their journey.ÊThree days after they were brought out of the Red Sea, they started complaining to God. There was no water forthem to drink and when they got to Marah, they could not drink the water ofMarah because it was bitter. The children of Israel complained. Their act of complaining is an evidence of theirloss of faith in the source that brought them out of bondage. Moses cried outto God and water was supplied to the children of Israel. Right after the drama of their complaints, their nextstop was a land of abundant water. Ex.15:27 Then they came to Elim, wherethereÊ were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped thereby the waters. An act of complaining is a sin of disobedience. If they hadheld on in trust and patience, they could have walked into the land ofabundance with obedience. They ended up getting more than expected. Theygot water and shelter from seventy palm trees. Can you just wait in trust? Thecloser you get to your miracle, the tougher it becomes. God can not fail; yourmiracle is very close.
