Hearing and Seeing< ?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>

Matthew 13:1-23

Ears and eyes are not accidental; and not for decoration. God gave it for a purpose and if the purpose failed, GodÕs direction will also fail to establish itself in your life. Many have ears and eyes but it does not serve the right purpose for their life to be constantly transformed. Talk to understanding; you do not have to be like everyone. Psalm 94:8, ÒUnderstand, you senseless among the people; and you fools, when will you be wise? He who planted the ear, shall He not hear? He who formed the eye, shall He not see?Ó  If the function of ears and eyes is to see and hear; He expects you to see and hear. As a child of God, you canÕt afford not to hear when He speaks. When He shows up, you canÕt afford not to see and turn. When you fail to hear or see and turn you will miss your appointed time period. Think of it; time is crucial. All that you have missed in the past years which you know was meant for you cannot be rewound back. There is nothing that will cause you to miss except when you fail to hear when God is speaking direction into your life; when God is showing you a turning point.  In Matt.13:15, Jesus quoted Isaiah 6:9 Òfor the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, so that I should heal them.Ó Remember, faith comes by hearing; what you see is what you receive. Ask God for the grace of a quickening mind that will constantly enable you to see and hear when there is a need.
