Daniel 2:24-49
GodÕs willingness to use you is more than your desire to be used. You are too busy for the Lord while He is busy searching for you. 2 Chronicles 16:9, ÒFor the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.ÕÓ Hanani was letting King Asa know how God operates when he relayed the above message to king Asa. The same God then is still the same God today and forever. It is a testimony to how God is willing to use you. Daniel made Himself fully available to be used by rejecting the world. Daniel 1:8, ÒBut Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the kingÕs delicacies, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the chief of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.Ó Daniel gave all to his God. The Lord God whose eyes were going to and fro spotted Daniel and He showed Himself strong on behalf of Daniel. Daniel, a captive, came to a position where his captors began to prostrate before him. Daniel 2:46, ÒThen king Nebuchadnezzar fell on his face, prostrate before Daniel, and commanded that they should present an offering and incense to him.Ó Ignore your challenges, stay focused on God with all your heart; God will see your heart, and your challenges will fall at your feet. What a wonderful and awesome God! King Nebuchadnezzar prostrated? Your challenges will prostrate for you in Jesus name.
