Psalm 91

No place under heaven is safe in this world of wickedness. The only safe place is prescribed in the Bible. The safe place is dwelling in the secret place of the Most High God. Psalm 91:1, ÒHe who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.Ó  For every believer in the Lord God Almighty, there will be no any other hiding place except to take a refuge in the secret place of the Most High God. Every other place will not hold in time of storm. Where is the secret place of the Most High God? Psalm 25:14, ÒThe secret place of the LORD is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.Ó Many believers claim to have the fear of God, but it is not evident in their lifestyle. If the fear of God is indeed reigning in our life as a believer, it is certain that we are dwelling in the secret place of the Most High. Do you as a believer identify yourself as one who fears the Most High God? It goes beyond word of mouth. Fearing God is walking the word of God, which is the testimonies of what He has done, what He can do, and what He will do. Without a doubt, the secret place of the Most High God will provide all forms of deliverance and preservation that will give security in times of need. Among the protection we can get from dwelling in the secret place of the Most High God is written in Psalm 91:10, ÒNo evil shall befall you, nor shall plague come near your dwelling.Ó When there is a covering in place against evil attacks, we can be rest assured we have entered the secret place of the Most High God. It is a place of deliverance and preservation.
