ALL YOUR NEED
Philippians 4:10-19
Apostle Paul stated in Philippians 4:19, “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” God is more than capable of supplying all your needs, not some. He alone is the Almighty God and nothing is impossible for Him to do. Paul did not say ‘Your need shall be supplied based on the power and strength in you.’ but he said, according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. This is coming from Paul, by virtue of his experience and understanding in Christ Jesus. Very often, the scriptural verse, “My God shall supply all my need…” is often mentioned by believers, but not often meditated on. With meditation the word will become power, and without meditation it is not packed with power. Among the most powerful weapon that was delivered into the hand of Joshua at the time Moses was passing on the leadership of the children of Israel to Joshua, was the understanding of meditation. Moses laid it down for Joshua to pick it up when he said in Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” It is clear that meditation with observation of the word will bring an activation of the promise in the word of God. The word says, “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Have you meditated on what the riches in glory by Christ Jesus could be? So many riches can be meditated on; among such were the riches of provision of food in abundance for thousands by Christ Jesus, in a deserted place. Jesus provided food for the multitudes that were with Him till very late, in a deserted place, “When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food.”16 But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.”(Matthew 14:15-16) With five loaves and two fish, according to His riches in glory, abundant provisions were made for thousands that could have been sent home wanting. This is only one of the many that needs constant meditation whenever the scripture says, “[He] shall supply all my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” comes up. The word is to be constantly observed when meditating on it so as to bring out the result that is observed in it. God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Meditate, observe, and the word will serve you.
