DID GOD CALL YOU?

FAITH CAPSULE: Have you called yourself, or called by man?

Matthew 7

Today majority answers to a title in the name of God that is not by the calling of God but by answering, to self call or calls by man.
Did God call you?
Matthew 22:14 buttresses, “So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”
Different titles such as pastors, prophets, apostles, believing to be answering to God, claiming to worship God but not live by the word of God. Matthew 7:22-23 records the response of Jesus for all, “Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”
Have you called yourself, or called by man?
Watch and pray not to become a victim, as one counting or committing to man as the caller. Commit yourself to God alone. Psalm 37:5 warns all, “Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.” It is the timing of God, not the clock adjusted by man, that will bring your calling to pass.
Know that quoting or sleeping on the ground of religion does not testify to the calling of God.
Watch it, know to be waiting on God for His calling over your life, do not run where you should be walking, also avoid running in the place to walk.
Isaiah 40:31 speaks to all, “But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
If you do not get a call, do not run to answer calling wrongly.
Did God call you, and you know, but your world did not know?
In your answering to the calling of God, you do not owe an answer to no man but ask for boldness and character over your life to answer the calling of God.
With boldness and character, you will remain focus on answering the calling over you and living life to the glory of God.
Answering the calling of God is taking to the way and the truth. (John 14:6) However, the truth is not acceptable in the wicked world (Luke 4:24) because it is bitter to accept.
In your calling, prayerfully do not answer as Judas Isacahriot answers to the calling of God. Judas numbered and obtained a part in the ministry with the eleven apostles but not count.
Just like Judas, many are numbered but not answered, when to be counted.
Know to answer fully to God, ignore the forces not to discourage your calling, to delay and deny your arrival at the center of divine assignment.
With the assurance of your calling by God, not of man, remain focus on the promise of God that will see you through your calling as 1 Thessalonian 5:24 records, “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.”

Prayer for today: Ask that you be enabled to live life to the glory of God.
