GOD REMEMBERS

FAITH CAPSULE: With faith, not with doubt, know to remind God.

Genesis 8

God sees all is the reason why He cannot forget but remembers.
2 Chronicles 16:9 informs all, “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore, from now on you shall have wars.”
Do you know God to put Him remembrance for your expectation?
God is the perfect creator that does not forget but will remember all. Isaiah 43:25-26 points out the reason one should know God for His goodness by reminding Him not because He forgets, “I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins. Put Me in remembrance; Let us contend together; State your case, that you may be acquitted.”
Get to know God in His word by giving yourself to the word of God.
Through the pages of the Bible, it is clear that God does not forget but expects all to remind Him.
He Is God that remembers.
For example, God that rained and it flooded could not forget.
The sin in the days of Noah, forty days and night rained, and God could not forget.
God remembered Noah in the flood of water of sin and affliction and subsided.
Genesis 8:1 records, “Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.”
God waits to act for waiting on Him.
One in time of challenges should know to remind God that does not forget to deliver.
Ask, seek and Knock is the order of God for all not to be discouraged from seeking God for His intervention. (Matthew 7:7)
Ask, seek, and knock is to Pray, to watch with expectation for manifestation.
Asking is waiting, and one should ask from Him according to His word.
King David was a man after the heart of God, and he knows to remind God. Psalm 25:6-7 records, “Remember, O Lord, Your tender mercies and Your lovingkindness, For they are from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; According to Your mercy remember me, For Your goodness sake, O Lord.”
Besides King David, Psalmist also reminds God in Psalm 106:4, saying, “Remember me, O Lord, with the favor You have toward Your people. Oh, visit me with Your salvation.”
All should learn from the word of God to know and do, to claim the promise of God.

Prayer for today:
Ask that flood of affliction that does not represent God in your life be subsided permanently in the name of Jesus.
Ask against the rain of affliction in your life.
Ask God to remember you with favor and visit you with salvation.
