FAITH CAPSULE: Among ways of life is confessing positive with no negative before God.
Numbers 14
Isaiah 65:24 records the word of God, “It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear.”
Do you know to call on God?
Are you calling on Him with no answer?
David demonstrates the understanding to call on God as 2 Samuel 22:4, Psalm 18:3 states, “I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so, shall I be saved from my enemies.”
Engage God by His word.
God said, “I will hear before they call,” David knows, and he said, ‘I will call.
Are you sure of getting answers when you call on God?
With faith, without a doubt, David was sure of getting a result because he demonstrates that there is an answer in calling on the only gracious and merciful God that hears before is called.
God promised to answer before the call on, also said that He hears while speaking to Him.
In your calling or speaking, know to avoid negative confession but let positive confession be your communication before God because He hears at all times.
Are you confessing positive or negative in your communication that He hears?
The Israelites confessed negatively before God, and God heard with response to the Israelites. Numbers 14:27-28 records “…I have heard the complaints which the children of Israel make against Me. Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the LORD, ‘just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you.”
Often, man forgets that God that gives an ear does have an ear to hear.
Understand and know that God answers calls, and He also pays attention to hear while you speak.
Concerning your challenges, what are you communicating to God or before God?
Most times, life is affected by the words of mouth and
Proverbs 18:21 warns, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
Often, confessing positive gives positive answers, while negative confessions give negative.
All should be aware that God hears and not stop to hear.
Take control of your mouth.
Ecclesiastes 5:6 warns, “Do not let your mouth cause your flesh to sin, nor say before the messenger of God that it was an error…”
As much as there is nowhere to hide from God, it is true that your spoken words cannot be hidden from God without Him hearing you.
Why not abstain from speaking negative words but positively to the hearing of God?
Are you one that truly believes that God hears?
Begin to speak positive, understand, and know He hears and answers all.
Prayer for today: Ask God to fill you with understanding in all your ways of life.
