UNDENIABLE WORD
Matthew 2:19-23
God Himself spoke with distinct clarity that requires no translation in Isaiah 55:10-11, “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. ” What He said He will do had been done at the time He was saying. The word of God cannot be more true than the prophecy of the Messiah’s birth in Isaiah 9:1-2, “…By the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, in Galilee of the Gentiles 2 The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined.” The prophecy that came from God through Isaiah was spoken years and years before the birth of Jesus. In that prophecy, forces of the wicked and the agent of untimely death with King Herod as the chairman and the managing director fashioned against the prophecy but they could not prevail. Just as Jesus’ birth was prophesied is exactly how it came to be. Joseph, after his time expired in Egypt, headed back home to Israel in an attempt to settle at home but his situation took a different turn in direction for God’s prophecy and not for Joseph’s plan, “…When he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judea instead of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. And being warned by God in a dream, he turned aside into the region of Galilee. 23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, “He shall be called a Nazarene.” (Matthew 2:22-23) Joseph turned towards the direction of the word of prophecy that was released before the birth of Jesus and that made Jesus came to be of the city of Nazareth in the region of Galilee. It does not matter where, when and how the prophecy concerning your life was released; it will come to pass except your prophet is not speaking from God. In this season of celebration, begin to celebrate all the positive prophecy that has been released into your life, knowing that the One that spoke the prophecy of Jesus to come to pass will not fail in yours.
Prayer for today: My God and my father I pray that Your Word that is blessing and favor, the words that have been released in my life will come to pass to the glory of Your holy Name.
