FAITH CAPSULE: All are to live for God, to exist for His glory.
Psalm 27
With desire, not just determination, pray to live for God.
David, a man after the heart of God, was seeking God to declare in Psalm 27:4, “One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.”
The prayer of David is the prayer with the heart to seek God diligently.
It is the character of one who lives for God.
One that lives for God is the testimony of living by the will of God for all.
Revelation 4:11 confirms, “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”
All need to know the will of God that is for His creation to exist for Him (to live life for God)
Are you living for God?
The determination to live for God is not possible.
The determination can fail and will not work because the enemy, the only anabolous Devil, is doing all possible to gain many along with him into hell.
One with desire backed with prayer will not miss God.
Determination failed Peter, but the prayer of God delivered him.
All are to live for God.
One who does not live for God gives no regard to God.
Psalm 28:5 warns: Because they do not regard the works of the Lord, Nor the operation of His hands, He shall destroy them And not build them up.
All are to live for God, to exist for His glory.
A prayer with understanding is the key to seeking God diligently to gain the blessings of God.
Matthew 6:33 states, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Prayerfully, all are to strive not to live a life of waste that misses heaven.
Jesus speaks to all in Luke 13:24, “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.”
Paul also testified that he also strives. (Act 24:16)
Praying to live for God is crucial to be continual and not to miss out on God.
